Robert Palley

Robert Palley has driven operations at Granite Realty Partners, LLC, since co-founding the Chicago real estate investment and development firm in 1998. He has recorded more than $750 million in property purchases and developments during his time as a partner at Granite Realty Partners. He is also involved in developing the firm’s capital structuring strategies. Between 1992 and 1998, Robert Palley worked for Jupiter Realty Corporation, also in Chicago, as vice president. He developed and acquired more than 1.5 million square feet of class A retail properties while serving in this position. During his career in property development and acquisition, he has developed insights into many areas, ranging from condominium deconversion projects to multi-unit property investments.
